Nothing is more satisfying than seeing someone mend their unresolved trauma and heal toward a better future. Being part of a mental health profession, receiving this sense of fulfillment is immense. However, at times, it can get overwhelming, a reason why most mental health practitioners prioritize self-care. Everyone's recreational activities are unique according to their personality; mine was trailing in nature.
While hiking in different parts of Nepal, I have been mesmerized constantly, especially by mountains, lush green hills, and waterfalls. So, here I am sharing five beautiful waterfalls I encountered in and around Kathmandu Valley.
